Orders are placed via our website.
First, please register from our website:
Step 1: Please click on the top right hand corner of any page, and select “Register
Step 2: Fill in your details as requested.
Step 3: Click “Submit”
It’s that simple! Registration should now be completed and you should receive a confirmation e-mail to the email address you registered with.
After registered, just follow the steps below to get your hands on your favourite items on our site:
Step 1: Click on an item that you like
Step 2: Select your preferred size (if applicable) , and click “Add to cart”
Step 3: Confirm the quantity and item on the Cart Page. Should you have a coupon code, please input into coupon field available and enter apply coupon.  Otherwise click “Process to Checkout” to proceed.
Step 4: At the Check-out page, you would be asked to indicate your shipping information and also select your preferred payment mode.
Step 5: Click “Process to payment” at the Check-out page
You’re done! You will be receiving an Order Confirmation email shortly after your order is placed, and will also be receiving an Order Shipped email once your shopping is shipped out of our warehouse to our delivery partners.

We ship to most of the countries, mostly US., Canada, UK., Europe, and Asia Countries.

We ship all packages within 48 hours by HK registered post with signature required.  You are supposed to receive the tracking number once your item is shipped.

Yes we do, you may have an option to choose express shipping during checkout.

You can simply login for more information about your account details.  You can edit your personal details under EDIT MY ACCOUNT, and you can track your package, check your previous order history and more!

Please be patient.  Normally you should receive it about 7-14 working days, so please simply use your tracking number to trace your item.  If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us for more information.  We are more happy to help you.
